Thru A Kitten's Eyes

I took this photo of Tsunami a few weeks after he arrived in our home. He had finally acclimated to his new environment and begun to explore the world around him. One day, he discovered that he had grown just enough to discover a ledge he had never noticed before. 

"What's this?"  he asked, as he stood up on his hind legs to get a better view.  "Oh my word - it's a window - and there's a whole new world out there!"

From that day on, peering out the window has been one of Tsunami's favorite past times. Every time he hears a strange sound, he runs to the window to investigate its cause. When his parents disappear, he lies vigalently in the window, awaiting their return. People may leave through the front door - but, from Tsunami's perspective, they arrive through the window.

There is nothing more wondrous than seeing the world through a kitten's eyes.
