Happy What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday, dear friends! Excitement is in the air at The Paper Palace as Valentine's Day - a holiday ranking right up there with Christmas and Thanksgiving in my world - is just around the corner. Prince Charming and I am celebrating 13 years of marriage this week. Even Legend is impressed!
I thought it would be fun to try my hand at creating Valentine Cookie Pops, which are essentially Valentine-themed cookies on a stick, then arrange them into a creative bouquet for gift giving (if, indeed, they last that long!) Since I'm new to the world of cookie decorating and lack the tools to do it properly, Prince Charming - never one to stand in the way of progress - rushed to the store and surprised me with a bag full of baking delights! My mind is racing with possibilities as I admire the pretty tubes set before me. Although it may be a few days before I have a chance to make them - I'm looking forward to the chance to play!

ReplyDeleteHi Legend,
ReplyDeleteIt's us again The 3 Katz. Well actually it's just me Wrapper and older sis Bagpuss cos Wimpey is having a mighty sulk up the side of the washing machine. He had to go visit the vets for his MOT/Jabs yesterday and the grownups had to hoodwink him into thinking he was just getting an exrta dinner treat and a cuddle in the garden. Mum has put our portraits on her side bar for you to go and see. She used some of our fur from when she grooms us.
