Tails From The Printer


Legend: Tails From The Printer
Legend has always been fascinated with the printer. Every time he hears it print - no matter where he is or what he is doing - he will jump up and run down the hall to investigate its strange sounds!

Over time, he has gotten bolder and bolder in his investigations. At first, he would watch it operate from a safe distance. Over time, he would inch closer and closer, sometimes watching the paper come out, and sometimes exploring it when it wasn't in operation.

These days, we frequently have to check the printer before we use it when Legend is out of sight, to make sure there are no obstructions that might cause an unexpected paper jam!

    Ahhh, what a sweet cat. We have new granddogs under foot that would do the same if they could reach that high! LOL - And definitely, a sweet shot for Tuesday!

    Legend is a very handsome fellow! I just happen to have a orange furry fellow this week! and always a mystery included ;) Your story about the sound of the printer reminds me of a few that would come running if they heard the can opener, and we never fed canned food? Faythe @GMT

    Just popped over from Java's Wordless Wednesday. What an absolutely gorgeous cat! My cats have always been fascinated with the printer too. I think it's partially because it's a lovely warm place to snooze and then has the added benefit of occasionally making fascinating clicking noises. :)

    My cat used to pull the paper coming out of the fax machine out while it was printing. Many faxes were lost due to teeth marks and tearing.

    How cute Legend is - so curious. The only sound that makes my Emily come running no matter what she's doing is the sound of the cheese drawer opening in the fridge. LOL She can be sound asleep and hear that drawer open and she comes running - she LOVES cheese. Thanks so much for linking up. I am leaving both your posts up - they're both too cute. :)

    Legend is beautiful. I think a cats curiosity is one of their traits that make them so interesting. Paper jams are no fun though.
