WOYWW 28: Labels, Colors & Paper Towel Madness

Thank you all for your well wishes! As many of you know, I've been on a bit of a labeling spree as of late. While I've been happy with my overall Ink Pad Storage, my remaining goal for this area has been to label all of my unmarked ink pads so I can see what I have at a glance.

Thanks to my friend Janice, I finally completed that task! Janice kindly made me the Dymo labels I needed to accomplish this goal. It took a few hours to sort and label all of my ink pads, but the time was well spent. Here's a close-up of one of the shelves. Don't the labels look beautiful on my Tim Holtz and Anna Griffin ink pads?

I thought I'd share some splashes of color with you. Does anyone out there flock? I've never really flocked before, but when my friend Anna offered these beautiful colors up for trade, I couldn't resist!

I also went weak in the knees when I saw these cute little jars filled with beautiful bursts of vibrant buttons!

What's Legend up to this morning? My enterprising young Maine has been entertaining himself - this is the sight that greeted me when I turned around!

If you would like more entertainment of the voyeuristic sort - be sure to leave me a comment, then stop by Julia's at Stamping Ground to see What's On Everyone's Workspace This Wednesday!

  1. I need you to come visit at my house! I've been working on organizing my linen closet - which is huge (the only closet in this house that is) and it's taken me alllll week. Granted, it's been about 25 years since I've done this but I can't deny that some of the delay is pure de procrastination ;-)

    Love Legend!!

  18. Holy cow. What happens when you replace a stamp pad? What happens when you buy a new one? OK, I'm really jealous of your organization and labeling obsession of late. And is that a roll of paper towels Legend is playing with? Too funny.

  23. I do flock, but often I forget it as a medium..as you now know, the range of colours now available is so lovely, it's worth the effort. The button jars are just gorgeous - the lids!! The labelling is fab - and believe me, of all the jobs, this one will pay off most quickly.
